REHAB FINANCING PROGRAM:

Term:  12-24 months with NO PRE-PAYMENT PENALTY

Interest Rate:  7.95%-11.95%

Financing Fee:  3-6 Points (minimum fee of $2,000)

Credit Score Requirement: 600 or greater

Down Payment: 5-10%
