To apply for a Rehab Loan you must submit the following along with a $50 Application Fee made payable to Ohio Rehab Loans.

1. Complete Application Packet and $50 application fee.

2. Last 6 months bank statements from both personal and business accounts - checking, savings, money market, cds, investment accounts, etc.

3. If you have owned a company in the last 5 years we would need a copy of Articles of Incorporation showing all shareholders/partners and authorized signers.

4. Copy of first and last pages of purchase contract. (Not needed for those seeking pre-approval.)

5. Exit strategy for the property.  Do you plan to sell or refinance etc.

6. Complete photos of the property.  Views from all sides: front, back, left side, right side, home located in from of subject, home located on each side of subject, behind subject property, street views, interior shots of all rooms showing windows and closets, all bathroom fixtures, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, all mechanicals, hot water tank, furnace, a/c unit, electrical panel and all basement walls and floor.
